What’s free?
Plain black-and-white QR codes for links, Wi-Fi, WhatsApp, calls, SMS, email, calendar, locations and text — with a PNG download after a quick sign-in. They never stop working.
What does a pass add?
Your own design (colours, dot styles, frames, your logo and an SVG print file), the ability to change what the code shows after printing, hosted pages like event pages and PDFs, and scan counts.
When do passes and packages launch?
Soon. Everything free works today. Business sign-ups are open now so your details are ready when the 7-day trial opens.
What is the launch offer?
Early customers pay the launch price shown, and keep it for their first 12 months. The regular price is shown crossed out next to it.
Can I get a refund?
Passes can’t be refunded once the code is live, because it starts working straight away. Duplicate or failed payments are refunded in full. Business packages can be cancelled anytime.
Do prices include tax?
Personal pass prices include taxes. Business package prices exclude GST.
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices show in your currency where we can, and you can switch currency in the menu. Prices come from a fixed price list, not live exchange rates.
